At BML, we are very well aware that buying, leasing or renting a machine from us is only the start.

We pride ourselves on offering an after sales & maintenance service that’s second to none. We know that our satisfied customers will return to us for further machines as their businesses grow, and will always recommend us to their friends and contacts.

If you have a problem with a machine we have supplied, we guarantee we’ll be there within 6 hours. If we can’t fix it on the spot, we’ll lend you another machine until yours is fully functional again. It’s as simple as that.

And if you’re unhappy with your current supplier, we’d be happy to take over any existing service agreement (subject to terms & conditions).
